With the turtle hero feeling clearer, the next step was making sure the world could support that same style.
The first asset sheets cover three buckets:
- environment props, like mossy stone blocks, shells, coral, palms, and ruins
- gameplay objects, like keys, pickups, bounce pads, chests, and checkpoint markers
- creatures and NPCs, like crabs, clams, jellyfish, and a friendly old turtle
The goal is not to lock every design yet. The goal is to find a shared shape language: low-poly, chunky, readable, colorful, and simple enough to become real game assets.
Direction
The strongest pieces are the mossy blocks, shells, blue crystals, coral bounce pad, hermit crab, jellyfish, and old turtle NPC. Those are worth carrying forward into more focused modeling references.
