The Shellbound devlog is alive.

This is where I will collect progress notes, art experiments, design decisions, screenshots, and all the little discoveries that happen while shaping the game.

The current direction is a cheerful coastal platformer with a low-poly console-era feel: chunky ruins, bright ocean color, oversized shells, and a turtle hero who looks like they belong in the world rather than wearing it as a costume.
