The character started charming, but not quite turtle enough.

The first pass had a nice little adventurer feeling, but the face and proportions leaned too close to a kid wearing shell gear. The new version pushes the anatomy harder:

  • green turtle head
  • beak-like snout
  • short squat body
  • chunky claws
  • bigger back shell
  • sturdier feet

That change makes the character feel like they come from the same world as the shells, coral, ruins, and ocean platforms.

Modeling Notes

The current turnaround is not final production model geometry, but it is a useful target for silhouette and personality. The biggest things to preserve are the rounded head, shell helmet shape, scarf, claws, and big readable shell forms.
